13-year-old Jesus Navarro was killed in a Dover accident in Hillsborough County yesterday in the early morning. Troopers responded to the scene, which happened at State Road 574 and Mott Road around 7 a.m. Troopers found Navarro’s body in the roadway. He died at the scene.
Investigators found a left headlight and have determined that the vehicle might be a 2012-2016 Ford F-250 with front fender damage. They are still seeking the driver responsible.

The Tampa Police Department responded to a fatal hit-and-run crash involving a motorcycle on Tuesday, July 14th. The crash took place on the Selmon Expressway near the intersection with North 21st Street. When officials arrived at the scene, they located the motorcyclist lying in the roadway. The victim was pronounced dead at the crash scene. His identity has not been revealed at this time. The driver who caused the crash fled the scene before police could arrive.
