Motorcycle crashes are some of the most deadly accidents that we encounter in our practice. In 2015, there were over 600 reported motorcycle fatalities in the State of Florida. A close examination of the accident scene is required in order to determine who is at fault in a Florida motorcycle accident case. If a motorcyclist is hurt through no fault of their own, they possess the right to bring a claim against the other driver for injuries sustained in the motorcycle crash. In this crash, the wrong way driver will almost certainly be held legally responsible for her actions which led to the collision with the motorcycle.
