Hit-and-run crashes are very prevalent in Florida, with our state experiencing approximately 100,000 of these incidents every year. Drivers who choose to drive negligently are already ignoring the law. Leaving the scene of a Florida car accident is a further violation of a person's legal rights and responsibilities which can result in increased liability for the driver.
Rubenstein Law is dedicated to serving individuals & families injured by the negligence of others. We know first-hand the heartbreak that can be left behind after an accident.
