Accidents that involve vehicles and trucks can bring devastating results. People like to think that truck drivers are responsible for these accidents on all occasions because they have the bigger vehicles. However, this is not always the case, and sometimes these accidents are caused by the negligence of other drivers.
A Baymeadows Road crash involved a sedan and another truck this morning around 4:30 a.m. The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department came to the scene of the crash on I-95. The driver of the sedan had been speeding and rear-ended an Entenmann’s bakery truck.
The vehicles ran into a guardrail on the side of the road and the bakery truck flipped over. The person in the sedan was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The sedan driver was cited.
In some cases involving multiple vehicles, one driver makes a negligent decision like speeding, driving drunk, or driving distracted, and it leads to devastating results.
