Car accidents are reported in Florida every 92 seconds. While not every crash will involve injuries, more than half will. Speeding, distraction, impaired driving, and failing to yield are some of the most common causes of serious accidents in our case. In this case, it appears as though the Chevy driver will be held legally responsible for their actions.
