Bonita Springs, FL (December 22, 2019) - The Florida Highway Patrol responded to a crash in Bonita Springs on Saturday, December 21st. The crash was reported near mile marker 117 at Bonita Beach Road.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened in the northbound lanes of the roadway. Troopers report that one person lost their life. No details were given regarding the circumstances surrounding the accident. The deceased victim has not been identified.
The road was blocked while troopers were at the scene but later reopened.
