Bradenton, FL (July 28, 2019) - A crash was reported on US-41 in Bradenton on Saturday, July 27th. The crash happened near State Road 70 just before 9:30 p.m.
The Florida Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene and arrived just after the crash took place. Rescue workers were also on the scene and assisting troopers with the crash. The road was closed following the collision and remained closed for nearly two hours before reopening around 11:30 p.m. Details surrounding the crash are limited at this time, though it is believed that at least one person was hurt. An investigation into the accident is still ongoing.

A bicyclist was injured after being struck by a vehicle in Palm Beach County on Thursday, November 29th. Police were called to the intersection of Jog Road and Atlantic Avenue just before 5:00 pm in response to the crash. Officials with the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue assisted one injured victim. The victim was taken to the hospital in unknown condition. There is no word on the nature or extent of the injuries.
