A fatal accident is a devastating experience for family members who must suddenly deal with the unexpected loss of a loved one. It can be even more frustrating when the other driver irresponsibly left the scene of the collision. Hit-and-run crashes represent about 25% of all reported traffic accidents in Florida and are known for producing life-altering consequences. When a hit-and-run crash is caused by a negligent driver, a victim or their family may have certain legal rights under Florida's personal injury laws.
Our thoughts and condolences go out to the family of the victim.
