Losing a loved one to a Florida car accident is a devastating experience. Fatal crashes are reported, on average, every three hours across our state. While many crashes are due to the negligence of a driver, some accidents happen as a result of mechanical failure or defects. Tire blowouts are one example of such mechanical failures. There are many questions that must be answered when a mechanical or equipment failure causes a crash. It is important to determine why the failure occurred and to identify all individuals or entities who could be responsible for the resulting crash.
At Rubenstein Law, our Florida personal injury attorneys have experience with all types of car accidents, including those involving mechanical failures and tire blowouts. If we can be of assistance to you, please contact us any time at 1-800 FL-Legal.
