A Florida motorcycle crash is almost always a very serious and potentially catastrophic event. Over 80% of all motorcycle accidents in our state will result in injuries and about 5% of these crashes will result in death. These numbers are far higher than crashes involving traditional vehicles. Clearly, motorcyclists face a greater risk that they will be killed or injured in a crash than any other group of motorists.
Our most sincere condolences go out to the man who lost his life in this tragic crash in Brevard County.
