A British family of 4 was visiting Florida this Easter break and died Monday evening in a crash. The accident happened in Titusville around 6 p.m. that night at Columbia Boulevard and Sisson Road. The family included four adults – two men and two women.
When the accident occurred, the driver was trying to make a U-turn at Sisson Road and drove directly into the path of a Ford F-250 pickup truck. The four people in the vehicle were pronounced dead at the crash scene. The Jaws of Life had to be used to remove the victim’s bodies from the wreckage.
The driver of the pickup truck was also injured and taken to the hospital but sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The crash is still being investigated.
