A fatal pedestrian crash is reported in Florida about once every two hours. Unfortunately, fatalities due to pedestrian crashes are a common occurrence in our state and Florida pedestrian accidents routinely have very bad outcomes for victims. These crashes are devastating to loved ones, especially when they are caused by some type of negligent or reckless driving behavior.
