A Florida pedestrian crash is a very catastrophic and often tragic event for the victim and their family. Fatal pedestrian crashes are reported in Florida about twice every day, on average. In addition to fatal crashes, many more will sustain serious injuries requiring long-term medical care. Each pedestrian act must be carefully investigated by authorities in order to determine whether the driver should be held responsible.
We extend our condolences to the family of Nelson Garrido following this fatal pedestrian crash in Cape Coral.
