Our thoughts are with the injured student in this crash and we hope for his complete recovery. Over 250,000 injury accidents take place each year in our state. Several of these accidents will involve children. Child safety is a top priority on the roadways and should always be taken seriously by those who are traveling in areas where children are present.
In this crash, police will investigate both the actions of the driver and the student in an effort to determine who should be legally responsible for the accident.
