37-year-old Charley Guyton was driving his 2002 Ford F-150 off the road when, all of a sudden, he crashed into a tree. The accident happened in Santa Rosa County on Monday around 4 p.m.
Guyton was immediately taken to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola on trauma alert. He was unable to tell first responders what happened during the accident.
