A reportable crash takes place every 92 seconds in Florida. Many people tend to think of rear-end crashes as being minor in nature. Sometimes referred to as "fender benders," most people are familiar with or have been involved in a rear-end crash at some point.
While a rear-end crash often leads to just property damage and no injuries, these crashes can be serious. When they occur at high speed, a rear-end collision can cause dangerous whiplash type injuries or serious and even life-threatening injuries in the worst cases. If you have been involved in such a crash, it is important to protect yourself and your legal rights.
