Each year, there will be about 10,000 pedestrians injured in crashes involving vehicles. Pedestrians are especially vulnerable to death and serious injury when they have been involved in a crash. Many drivers are distracted or otherwise negligent and fail to see pedestrians in the roadway. Many pedestrians, in turn, are unable to take defensive action to avoid a crash before it is too late.
At Rubenstein Law, our Florida pedestrian accident lawyers understand how serious these crashes can be. Since 1988, we have assisted injured crash victims in receiving the compensation they need and deserve. To speak with us at any time, please give us a call at 1-800 FL-Legal.
