About 10,000 pedestrians will be injured in vehicle crashes this year. Many of these pedestrians will suffer serious and catastrophic injuries. The sad reality is that a large number of pedestrian accidents tend to involve long-term consequences.
Each pedestrian accident must be closely examined to determine the cause. If a negligent driver causes a pedestrian crash to occur, the driver can be held responsible for all injuries and damages suffered by the pedestrian in the crash.
