Deborah Godfrey Simpson Dies After Fatal Brooks County Crash

By: FL Accident News Blog as Blog Post

Deborah Godfrey Simpson, 60, lost her life in a Brooks County crash yesterday evening along Cooper Road. She was driving east in her Toyota Corolla when she failed to negotiate a curve to the right of the road. Her vehicle left the roadway and struck a culvert. This caused her vehicle to overturn several times before it stopped in a field.

She was not wearing a seatbelt at the time. The coroner came to the scene and she was pronounced dead. Troopers do not suspect, at this time, that alcohol or drugs were involved.
