A fatal car accident is reported approximately every 8 hours across our state. Fatal car accidents can usually be traced back to the negligence of a driver who caused the collision. In this case, the police investigation appears to reveal that Angelita Hippolito was negligent in causing the crash that killed James Miller. While authorities will continue their investigation, it appears as though they will ultimately charge Hippolito with traffic violations leading to the death of James Miller.
