Dwayne Frederick Severely Injured in Bicycle Hit-and-Run

Just released: 47-year-old Dwayne Frederick was riding his bicycle on Cleveland Street on March 18 early in the morning. Out of nowhere, a new-model silver pickup truck that might have been a Ford F-150 with a bed cover and step rails drove up behind him and struck him.

He was thrown from his bicycle and transported to the nearest hospital in serious condition from his injuries. Now Tampa Police are looking for help identifying the truck in the accident.
