A Texas man was lying in the middle of the road in Florida on Sunday morning when he was struck. The accident took place at West Dunnellon Road near the intersection of North Sunset View Terrace around 2:30 a.m.
23-year-old Eliazar Andujo was lying on the roadway when he was struck by 57-year-old Gregory Steven Taylor in his Corvette. Andujo’s injuries were so severe that he died at the scene. Taylor and his passenger were not injured. They were both wearing their seatbelts.
Charges are currently pending.
