Florida is no stranger to tragic pedestrian accidents. Each year, over 500 people die in pedestrian-related incidents across our state. In this crash, there is not enough information to determine whether the pedestrian or truck driver is at fault. When a pedestrian dies in a crash, their loved ones may have the right to bring a wrongful death case against the at-fault driver.
