Fatal car accidents take place in Florida about once every three hours. When a fatal crash occurs, police must undertake a close evaluation of the crash scene. Officers will take measurements, speak with any witnesses and determine how the crash took place. If a driver causes the death of an innocent person, the responsible driver can be held accountable for their actions. A Florida wrongful death attorney can advise you of your rights during this difficult time.
