Single vehicle accidents are common in Florida. The cause of a single vehicle accident must be carefully examined. Sometimes, the driver is at fault. In other cases, such as this one, the driver suffers a sudden medical emergency which causes them to lose control of the vehicle. In cases of sudden medical emergency, the law can be complicated and any injured victims should discuss their situation with an experienced Florida car accident attorney.
