Florida is one of the most dangerous states in the nation for pedestrians. There are thousands of reported pedestrian accidents and injuries each year in Florida. The cause of pedestrian crashes must always be carefully investigated in order to determine who was at fault. Pedestrians may often be injured in these crashes through no fault of their own.
