A reportable accident takes place every 92 seconds in Florida. Accidents occur everywhere, on streets and highways, in residential neighborhoods and even in parking lots. Every driver on our roadways has a duty at all times to operate their vehicle safely and in a reasonable manner, considering the rights of other drivers and pedestrians on the roadway. When a driver fails to live up to this duty, the law in Florida states that the driver is negligent. A negligent driver is ultimately responsible for all injuries directly resulting from their negligence. In this crash, it is not clear whether the driver was negligent or how the crash occurred. Further investigation will provide additional details.
