According to statistics, Florida is the most dangerous state in the nation for pedestrians. With just over 700 pedestrian deaths per year and thousands of reported injuries in pedestrian crashes, this group is very vulnerable to being seriously injured or killed in a crash. Drivers who fail to yield the right of way or are inattentive are often the cause of Florida pedestrian accidents.
Our thoughts and condolences go out to the family of Gregory Steven Surprenant during this difficult time.
