On April 12, 30-year-old Jalisa Tuggle was driving her 2002 Toyota Camry and approaching an intersection in Ocala. At the same time, 66-year-old George McGee was driving his 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle headed toward the same intersection.
Tuggle didn’t see the motorcycle and proceeded to turn left in front of his vehicle. McGee applied his brakes and the front of the motorcycle collided with the right corner of the Camry that Tuggle was driving. McGee was immediately thrown from his motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Tuggle was transported to Ocala Regional Medical Center with minor injuries. She could be receiving charges after the investigation is completed.
