A fatal crash occurred in Bay County, Florida, leading to a Florida Highway Patrol investigation. The victim was a 40-year-old woman of Hialeah. She was lying on the road on Southbound US 231 when she was hit fatally by a driver in a Dodge Durango. The driver has since been identified as Ryan Blake Lindsey.
Lindsey did not notice the woman before he ran into her. The crash is still being investigated and the victim’s identity has not yet been released.
