Hillsborough County, FL (May 16, 2021) - Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a fatal crash in Hillsborough County on Saturday, May 15th. The accident took place near the exit for Fowler Avenue.
According to troopers, at least one person was pronounced dead as a result of the crash. At this time, there are few details available regarding the accident. The identity of the deceased victim has not been released. Motorists were diverted away from the scene and told to find alternate routes of travel. There is no word on how many vehicles were involved in the collision.
An investigation is ongoing at this time. There is no further information available.
