Motorcycles can be a very deadly mode of transportation. Statistics indicate that up to 15% of all fatal crashes involve motorcycles. This is astounding considering that only about 3% of all registered vehicles are motorcycles. Motorcycle accidents have a much higher percentage of having serious or fatal outcomes than crashes involving larger vehicles such as cars or trucks.
Our condolences go out to the family of Guy P. Oldenburg following this tragic crash in Hillsborough County.
