Motorcycles are popular among many people in our state and can be a great form of entertainment and also can be relied upon as a primary mode of transportation. Riding a motorcycle, however, can bring a great risk of serious bodily harm. Many times motorcycle riders suffer debilitating injuries in crashes which are not their fault. Drivers of other vehicles can be negligent by failing to observe motorcycles until it is too late to avoid a serious crash.
