Holiday, FL (April 22, 2021) - A 46-year-old man died in a pedestrian crash that took place on U.S. 19 in Holiday. The collision happened around 11:15 p.m. near the intersection with Panorama Boulevard.
According to officials, the man, who is from Holiday, was walking eastbound across U.S. 19 when he was hit by a pickup truck. The man died at the scene from his injuries. The 54-year-old driver of the pickup truck was not hurt. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.

One person is dead after a multi-car crash in Jacksonville on Thursday. The accident took place around 3:00 p.m. on Lem Turner Road. The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded to the scene just after the collision occurred. According to officials, a motorcycle and another vehicle were involved in the accident, just west of Jacksonville International Airport. The motorcyclist, who was not identified, died at the crash scene. Multiple additional injuries were reported but it is unclear how many people were hurt or their conditions at this time.
