A 10-year-old Jacksonville boy suffered critical injuries when he fell out of the window of a van. The van was traveling with four kids in the backseat on Sunday night.
The incident report says that the 10-year-old rolled down the window to the vehicle and fell out while the van was in motion. He suffered a serious head injury.
As of right now, the Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. Charges are currently pending.
