Approximately 400,000 crashes will occur in Florida this year. More than half of those crashes will involve injury to one or more people involved. When you are injured in a Florida car accident that was not your fault, you may have certain legal rights.
In our state, innocent accident victims could be entitled to have their medical bills, lost wages, and damages from pain and suffering paid for by the responsible driver. A negligent driver is legally responsible for any losses caused by their reckless acts.
