Jeremy Clifford and Children Injured After Distracted Driving

A father and his four children were injured in a crash that happened in Levy County when the father was distracted by the children in the back seat. He ended up crashing his SUV, which caused minor injuries to all.
The accident happened when 33-year-old Jeremy Clifford was driving his Ford Explorer and became distracted. He turned to speak with his children when the Explorer suddenly drifted in the north shoulder and collided with a power pole and mailboxes. The power pole had to be replaced due to damage.
Clifford and his children, 10-year-old Lexi Clifford, Destiny Clifford, 3-year-old Jayden Clifford and 7-year-old Cheyann Clifford were all taken to Shands with minor injuries.

A motorcyclist in Indian Shores caused serious injury to a bicyclist on Thursday, May 3rd. The crash happened on Gulf Boulevard, near 196th Avenue. Police say that a group of cyclists were riding on Gulf Boulevard when the motorcyclist became angry and started riding aggressively and erratically.
