Our thoughts go out to the students who were injured in this unfortunate school bus accident.
School bus safety is a top priority for all school districts and school administrators. No one wants to see a child injured in an accident involving a bus. Many times these accidents occur through the negligence of other drivers. In some cases, the school bus driver themselves can be at fault. Each incident must be closely examined to determine which party was negligent and who should be responsible for the injuries sustained as a result.
