A 50-year-old man was critically injured when a dispute in DeLand led to a Laundromat stabbing. The incident took place around 1:30 p.m. yesterday at Boulevard Laundry.
51-year-olds Donald Frenier and Terrance Calkins were involved in a verbal argument while they were doing laundry. Calkins stabbed Frenier in the neck. He was then transported to the hospital in critical condition. He was later transferred to a medical center for treatment.
Calkins was arrested and charged for the incident.
