Florida is the most dangerous state in the nation for pedestrians. With about 700 pedestrians killed in crashes across our state each year, it is important to understand the risks involved in this group. Drivers who fail to follow traffic laws are frequently responsible for many serious and fatal Florida pedestrian accidents. Unfortunately, all it takes is a single act of negligence to result in a life-changing crash.
Our thoughts and condolences are with the victim's family.
