Lee County, FL (January 23, 2020) - The Florida Highway Patrol was on the scene of a crash in Lee County near Fort Myers Shores on Thursday, January 23rd. The crash was reported along Palm Beach Boulevard near Buckingham Road.
According to reports, officials set up a roadblock at the crash scene. The eastbound lanes of Palm Beach Boulevard are affected by the roadblock. Injuries were reported as a result of the accident but there is no word on the nature or extent of the injuries. Authorities have not provided any details on the circumstances leading up to the collision. Drivers were advised to find alternate routes of travel.
