Florida is home to many negligent motorists. As one of the most populous states in the nation, our state is also one of the most dangerous for those on the roadway. Last year, approximately 400,000 traffic crashes were reported, which equates to a crash about every 92 seconds. Many of these crashes will inevitably involve innocent victims. Crash victims who are injured at the hands of a negligent driver may have certain legal rights in the aftermath of the crash.
Our thoughts are with those affected by this crash in Little Havana.
