We previously reported on a Suwannee County accident that occurred when a woman crashed and was ejected from her vehicle. The accident happened yesterday when an Infiniti Q30 ran a stop sign and hit the driver’s side of a GMC Envoy.
The driver of the Envoy was now identified as Carla Patterson, a 44-year-old from Live Oak. She was ejected from her vehicle when it overturned. The car finally came to a rest on its roof in a ditch. She was taken to the hospital in serious condition. At this time, they don’t know if she was wearing a seatbelt.
The other driver only had minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
