There are approximately 400,000 reportable crashes in Florida each year. More than half of these crashes will result in injury to one or more victims. Each Florida car accident will be carefully investigated by police in order to determine how it occurred. If a negligent driver has caused injuries to one or more other individuals involved in the accident, the negligent driver can be held legally responsible for damages caused.
