Mandarin Pedestrian Accident Led to Life-Threatening Injuries

By: FL Accident News Blog as Blog Post

A Mandarin pedestrian accident took place around the Jacksonville area near Interstate 295. The Jacksonville police said that the accident ended in life-threatening injuries, though names have not yet been released.

Pedestrian accidents almost always lead to severe injuries, as pedestrians have fewer protections when it comes to being struck by vehicles. Those inside large motor vehicles have many protections from the outside elements. Pedestrians are less likely to be seen by those in vehicles.
