Tire defects are responsible for many serious and fatal crashes in Florida each year. While each case must be carefully examined, if a defective tire causes a crash then the manufacturer may be held responsible for the resulting injuries. In some cases, the tire was improperly installed placing other third parties at risk of liability. Regardless, these cases can quickly become complicated and the assistance of a Florida personal injury lawyer is needed.
