However, she found out some devastating news that her father Thomas Markle is going to be having surgery for a heart attack on the day of her wedding. Now, more bad news comes as her half-sister, Samantha Grant, is involved in a Florida car accident on Monday.
Not much is known about Samantha Grant aside from what she shares on social media, but sources say that she lives in Miami. Grant’s boyfriend confirmed that they were traveling in Florida near a toll when another vehicle lost control and swerved in front of them. The boyfriend had to swerve the vehicle to avoid hitting them, which is when the accident occurred.
Grant broke her ankle and fractured her knee. She has multiple sclerosis. Grant confirmed that she and Meghan Markle don’t have much of a relationship with one another, however.
