Pedestrian accidents take place across our state multiple times each day. Unfortunately, many of these crashes will result in serious injuries for the victims involved. Following a pedestrian crash, police must take a close at the accident scene in order to determine how the crash occurred and who is at fault. If the driver was at fault for the crash, the injured pedestrians will have a legal cause of action for negligence.
