Our thoughts are with the Eric Hunter following this tragic crash. Over 3,000 people were killed in Florida car accidents in 2016. A driver involved in a crash is required to remain at the scene to cooperate with law enforcement officials.
The driver in this accident chose to break the law by fleeing after the collision. The driver will now face a series of legal issues including criminal charges as well as a potential wrongful death suit associated with the collision.
