Florida car accidents take place almost constantly. In fact, according to statistics, a reportable crash happens about every 92 seconds in our state. Crashes involving commercial vehicles such as semi-trucks can be very serious and can lead to major injuries and even death. These accidents are often complicated and can raise difficult questions of liability and responsibility for the crash.
Our condolences are with Michelle Aguilar and her family during this difficult time.
